Our Wines
Redtail Mountain Vineyard grows both Vitis Vinifera and French American Hybrid grapes for our wine production. The first block of vines were planted in 2012 and we have scaled to offer a combination of red, white, and rosé wines. Additional varietals to be considered in the years to come. The grapes are hand - picked and meticulously managed to maximize the quality of the wine. We offer unique varietals and process the fruit using a variety of fermenting and aging techniques.

Tribute -Cayuga Grape- Fermented in an Oak Barrel with Flavors of Butterscotch, Vanilla and Peach
Highland White- Cayuga Grape- Fermented in Stainless Steel-Flavors of Honey, Green Apples
Gruner Veltliner- Austrian Grape- Fermented in Stailnless Steel-Flavors of Peach, Grapefruit and Spice
Coosa Gold -Cayuga-Gruner Blend- Fermnted in Stainless Steel-Flavors of Citrus,Apple and Pineapple
Misty Meadow-Vidal Blanc Grape-Fermented in an Oak Barrel-Flavors of Citrus, Apricot,Tropical Fruit
